1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is WebsButler, ul. Skrzetuskiego 5A/1, 64-100 Leszno, Poland, NIP (VAT ID) 6972405302, REGON 540826957. For anything related to personal data, write to hello@tootor.app.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the tootor.app website. It does not cover data that schools enter into their own Tootor panels (for example students' and parents' data) – the school is responsible for that data as its controller.
3. What data we process and why
- Correspondence. When you e-mail us, we process your e-mail address, your name and anything you include in the message (e.g. your school's name, number of students, phone number). We do this to reply, to prepare a trial or a demo and – if you decide to go ahead – to conclude and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to handle correspondence in our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Technical data. The server that runs this website may log basic technical information, such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit and your browser type. This is used to keep the website secure and working properly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we can't reply to you.
4. Cookies
The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work. Other cookies (e.g. statistics cookies) may only be used if you agree to them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Who we share data with
Data may be passed to companies that help us run the website and e-mail (e.g. hosting and e-mail providers). They process it only on our behalf and on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
6. How long we keep data
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter, and then for as long as related claims may arise. If we conclude a contract, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and for as long as the law requires (e.g. tax law).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use these rights, write to hello@tootor.app.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
8. Fonts and third-party services
This website does not load fonts from Google Fonts. The "Open in Google Maps" link on the Contact page only takes you to Google once you click it – Google's privacy policy then applies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when the law or the way the website works changes. The current version is always available on this page.
