Online contracts and enrolment

No more chasing signatures. The client reads and signs the contract on their phone, and it's in the system straight away.

Each clause is ticked separately – and only once it has been on screen. There is no single "accept all" button.
The phone number is confirmed with an SMS code.
Every signed contract is archived exactly as the client saw it. Editing the template later never changes a contract that has already been signed.
Several contract templates, e.g. one per offer, plus separate terms and consents for private lessons, accepted together with an online enrolment card.
Optional clauses, e.g. photo consent. Refusals are recorded just like consents: with the wording, date and IP address. One screen shows who agreed to what.
Families and companies: a parent's e-mail or phone can be the account's contact, siblings can share one inbox, and "company pays" and "paper enrolment card" switches cover the special cases.

Cost estimates, instalments and payments

When signing, the client sees what they'll pay and chooses how. After that, you know who has paid – no notebook, no spreadsheet.

A cost estimate: course + registration fee + materials − discounts.
Pay once, in 2 instalments or in 10 instalments – the client chooses.
Discounts in PLN or %, several per student, each tied to a course.
A student can take several courses, each with its own contract and payment schedule.
Balances and instalments, including partial payments. Overdue payments are flagged straight away.
An optional payment gate: the student's account opens once the contract is signed and the payment arrives, and closes if the deadline is missed.
A reminder on the student's home screen before a payment is due.

You write to the people who need it. The system takes care of the rest – and you always know what it does on its own.

E-mail and SMS

Messages to chosen students or parents. One-off announcements and offers, sent now or scheduled for later.

Automatic reminders

The system reminds people of the things that are easy to forget. Recipients can unsubscribe.

Text messages use prepaid credit: 0.25 PLN per message.

Timetable, courses and register

Set up the week once. Lessons schedule themselves, and attendance almost takes itself.

A calendar with day and week views: one column per teacher, rooms, and an "only at school" view. Weekends take up little space and empty hours are squeezed out.
Group, one-to-one and pair courses. Set the weekly plan and the lessons generate themselves, skipping school breaks.
Irregular courses, and moving a single lesson without rearranging the whole plan.
Room availability at a glance.
The whole course on one attendance sheet.
Automatic attendance: a student who signs in during their lesson is marked present. The system never invents an absence.
An activity log: who changed what, and when.

Interactive lessons and a handout library in folders. Assign them to any class in a click.
Homework and a Materials tab in every course.
Placement tests on a tablet at reception, plus tests for classes: live in the room or done at home.
Progress by skill: vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, listening and speaking.

Sala – the live room

Every teacher has their own live classroom with a join code. Students join from their phones. The teacher runs an exercise on the board, picks who answers, shows the answer and sees who has dropped out. At home, students can play the exercises on their own.

Community Library

Interactive lessons shared by schools that use Tootor, free to add to your own library. A school that shares a lesson gets a reward – currently 10 PLN.

LIM materials with AI help

Teachers create exercises with an AI assistant: the panel gives them a ready prompt to paste into ChatGPT or Claude, then checks the result before saving it. The teacher creates the lesson – Tootor helps them do it faster.

Everyone has their own account and sees what concerns them. On a phone, the portal works like an app.

Students and parents

Class work, calendar, homework, handouts, progress and the live room – plus their own contract and payments.

Young learners

QR sign-in cards. The child scans their card on a school tablet – no password to remember.

What the portal shows depends on the plan. On the Umowy plan, students see their contract in the portal. The calendar, materials, homework and progress arrive with the higher plans, together with the features they belong to.

The portal installs on a phone's home screen like an app, with no app store needed. It works in Polish and English – each user picks their own language.

Students and parents see your school's name, never the Tootor name. A strong point for any school that cares about its brand.

Your logo and one brand colour, which Tootor turns into a full colour palette.
A choice of backgrounds: animated aurora, gradient mesh, soft, plain, or your own photo.
Your own address: yourschool.panel.tootor.app or your own domain, such as panel.myschool.pl.
Your legal name, NIP (VAT ID) and address on every document and every e-mail.
